Texas Foundation Insurance Endorsement Database =============================================== Files: texas-foundation-insurance-endorsements.csv texas-foundation-insurance-endorsements.json Version: 1.0 (2026-07-12) Rows: 7 entries (5 historically documented, 1 observed 2026, 1 reference) Encoding: UTF-8; CSV is comma-separated with one header row Web page: https://motmotfoundationrepair.com/texas-foundation-insurance-endorsements/ WHAT THIS IS ------------ A source-linked reference table of publicly documented Texas homeowners forms and endorsements relating to slab access and foundation damage: what each one said, what it paid, what shared the limit, and where the public record proves it. Every entry comes from a document anyone can read (Texas Department of Insurance bulletins, orders, and consumer guidance) or from a real Texas declarations page reviewed by Motmot with the policyholder's written consent and all identifying details withheld. WHAT THIS IS NOT ---------------- A statement of what any insurer sells today. The three status labels are deliberate: Historically documented The endorsement appears in a 2002-2003 TDI filing. Proof of what it said then — nothing more. Observed 2026 Seen on a real, anonymized Texas declarations page reviewed by Motmot in 2026. Reference Supporting government guidance, not a specific endorsement filing. No entry is marked "current". Current availability, limits, and price are questions only a carrier can answer, in writing, with a form number. COLUMNS (CSV) / FIELDS (JSON) ----------------------------- insurer Insurer, filing organization, or agency form_name Name of the endorsement or line as documented form_number The form number where the document prints one source_title The public document (or review basis) for the row source_url Where to read it year_documented Year of the source document or observation coverage_trigger The cause of loss the coverage responds to what_is_covered The coverage described, in the document's terms what_shares_the_limit What draws from the same limit (the quiet math that decides what a claim is worth) limit The documented limit status One of the three labels above last_verified Date Motmot last re-read the source document notes Context the document itself supports related_page / (JSON only) The Motmot page that explains the related_title row in plain English METHOD ------ Each TDI source was fetched and read in full on the last_verified date. Rows quote or tightly paraphrase the document's own coverage descriptions; nothing is inferred beyond the text. The one observed policy (Foremost, 2026) was reviewed with the policyholder's written consent; no name, address, or policy number was recorded.
