SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Motmot Foundation Repair ("we," "us"). They work together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The program
When you share your phone number with us — by submitting a form on this website, using the repair calculator's send-summary feature, texting us first, or giving it to us by phone — you're asking us to contact you about your foundation inspection or repair request, and we may do so by text. Messages are conversational: scheduling, inspection confirmations and reminders, estimate and proposal follow-ups, repair updates, and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing message blasts.
Opting in
You opt in by providing your phone number through a form on this site (each form discloses this before you submit), by texting us first at (210) 816-0034, or by giving us your number and asking us to text you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on where your request stands — typically a handful of messages around scheduling and the inspection itself. No fixed-schedule recurring messages.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email. Opting out of texts doesn't cancel your inspection or repair request — we'll just use the other contact method you gave us.

Links in our messages
Some of our text messages include links — for example, a link to your inspection report, proposal, or account information in our customer portal, a scheduling confirmation, or a page on this website with information you asked about.
- Where our links go. Links in our messages point only to our own websites: motmotfoundationrepair.com and our customer portal at portal.motmotfoundationrepair.com. We do not link to third-party sites, and we do not use public link shorteners (such as bit.ly or tinyurl) that hide the destination.
- What we'll never do. We will never text you a link asking for your password, full payment-card number, Social Security number, or bank credentials. Payment and contract signing are handled through documents we review with you, not through unsolicited text links.
- If a link looks wrong. If you receive a message claiming to be from us with a link to any other domain, don't tap it — call us at (210) 816-0034 or email get@motmotfoundationrepair.com and we'll confirm whether it's real.
- Your choice. You never have to use a link we send. Anything available through a link is also available by phone — call us and we'll go over it with you directly.
Privacy
Your phone number is used only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Changes
If we change these SMS terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
