Foundation repair specials & discounts

Foundation repair specials and discounts are usually where the games start — inflated “regular prices,” same-day-only pressure, coupons with asterisks. We run ours the opposite way: we plan our year so you can plan yours, with real discounts off your written quote and every condition published on this page.

What's on right now

July ENDS JULY 15, 2026

Independence Day special — 15% off

Our once-a-year Fourth of July thank-you: 15% off foundation repair on new residential contracts signed while the offer runs, capped at $2,000. Same crews, same lifetime transferable warranty on pier work — just a better number on the same written quote.

  • New residential foundation repair contracts signed July 1–15, 2026
  • 15% off your written quote, capped at $2,000 maximum discount
  • One discount per project — if you qualify for more than one offer or program, we apply the one worth the most in dollars
  • Mention this offer at your inspection, before contract signing

Mention this offer when you book — it goes on your written quote as a single line item before you sign.

HOW DISCOUNTS WORK HERE

You always get the single best discount you qualify for. Every project gets at most one discount — seasonal specials, year-round programs, and smart-savings programs all draw from the same slot. If you qualify for several, we do the math in dollars (after each offer's cap) and apply the one worth the most, automatically. Discounts never stack — that's what keeps our pricing honest and simple.

Year-round programs · never expire

Discounts that don't wait for a holiday

These don't rotate. Any day of the year, one of these can be your discount — subject to the same one-discount rule: the single largest applicable discount is the one applied. Proof is simple: show the relevant ID at your inspection. We look — we never copy, photograph, or keep it.

Compassionate pricing — 15% off (up to $1,500), all year

A discretionary program for homeowners facing serious medical hardship. It works on a simple attestation — we may ask for basic documentation, we never require medical records, and everything you share stays confidential. Applied consistently, one per household. If this is your situation, say so when you call; the person who answers can apply it.

Two more ways to save — no membership required

5% off

Neighbor & block savings (up to $500 each)

When you and a nearby household both book pier work within 30 days of each other, each project gets 5% off (up to $500 each). Crews and equipment already on your street cost us less to mobilize — we pass that on. A standalone discount under the same one-discount rule: most valuable when you don't qualify for anything bigger.

5% off

Flexible-scheduling savings (up to $500)

Give us a six-week window and let us pick the crew week, and take 5% off (up to $500). You fill a gap in our schedule; the discount is your side of that trade. A standalone discount under the same one-discount rule: most valuable when you don't qualify for anything bigger.

How our specials work

Real discounts, real baseline. Every number on this page comes off the written, per-pier quote a free inspection produces — the same quote you'd get with no offer running. We never invent a “regular price” so a discount looks bigger, and there are no same-day-only discounts here, ever.

Published conditions, published dates. Each seasonal offer goes up about a month before its season and comes down when it ends — this page is the source of truth. If an offer isn't shown above, it isn't running.

One discount — the best one. Offers never combine. If you qualify for more than one, we work each out in dollars after its cap and apply the single largest, automatically. You don't have to optimize anything; the math is our job.

Before you sign, never after. Mention an offer at your inspection or any time before contract signing and it's applied to your quote as one named line item. A signed contract is settled — that discipline is what keeps the discounts real.

The inspection is where a special gets applied: mention it, and it goes on the written quote before you sign.

And the work itself never changes with the calendar: same crews, same engineering, and the same lifetime transferable warranty on pier work, whether you signed during a special or on a random Tuesday in March. A typical Central Texas repair runs 8–15 piers, so a capped percentage offer is real money — you can sanity-check your own number with the repair calculator or the cost guide.

From real jobs

What the add-on offers look like on real work.

Motmot crew evaluating downspout drainage at the slab edge of a home
Downspouts that dump at the slab undo repairs — it's why the fall special is drainage protection, not a gimmick.

A side yard regraded and clean after piering — the standard finish the Thanksgiving touch-up offer builds on.
Excavation spoil staged on landscape fabric to protect the lawn during foundation repair
Spoil staged on landscape fabric so the lawn survives the job — most of our seasonal offers ride on care the crew already takes.

Terms & conditions

  • Every offer is a genuine discount off the written, per-pier quote our inspection produces. We never inflate a “regular price” to absorb a discount.
  • Offers apply to residential projects only, on new contracts signed within the published offer window.
  • One discount per project, per household, per contract. When multiple offers or programs apply, Motmot applies the one with the greatest dollar value after caps. Discounts are recorded as a single named line item on the written quote — never combined, never sequential on the same contract.
  • Offers must be mentioned before contract signing. An open written quote qualifies while an offer is active; a signed contract is settled and is not reopened by later offers.
  • Offers and free add-on work (downspout extensions, landscaping touch-ups, wash-downs, elevation re-checks, drainage plans) have no cash value and no cash-refund alternative, and are not transferable.
  • Proof for year-round programs (military ID, VA card or DD-214, department badge, school or hospital ID, photo ID for the senior rate) is shown at the inspection and never copied, photographed, or retained.
  • Compassionate pricing is a discretionary program for homeowners facing serious medical hardship, applied consistently, one per household. It works on a simple attestation — we may ask for basic documentation, we never require medical records, and everything you share stays confidential.
  • Motmot may modify or end future offers at any time. Active written quotes with a mentioned offer are honored as written.
  • Offers void where prohibited.

Straight answers

Specials questions, answered straight.

Mention it — that's the whole mechanism. Tell the inspector at your free inspection, or tell whoever answers the phone when you book. The discount goes on your written quote as a single named line item before you sign anything. There are no codes, no coupons to print, and no deadline games beyond the published end date.
No — and we treat that as a feature, not fine print. Every project gets exactly one discount: seasonal specials, year-round programs, and smart-savings programs all draw from the same slot. If you qualify for several, we compute each one in dollars after its cap and apply the largest automatically. Example: a veteran signing a $12,000 repair during the July special could take the year-round veteran rate (10%, capped at $1,000) or the July offer (15%, capped at $2,000 — $1,800 here). The July offer wins, so that's the one we apply.
Open quotes, yes: if your written quote is still open and an offer is active, it applies — just mention it before you sign. Signed contracts, no: once a contract is signed, its price is settled, and later offers don't reopen it. That cut-off is what lets us publish real discounts instead of padding prices to absorb them.
Yes. Compassionate pricing — 15% off, up to $1,500 — is a discretionary program for homeowners facing serious medical hardship, and it never rotates off this page. It works on a simple attestation: we may ask for basic documentation, we never require medical records, and everything you share stays confidential. It's applied consistently, one per household.
The simplest thing you have: a current military ID, VA card or DD-214, a department badge, a school or hospital ID, or — for the senior rate — any photo ID with your date of birth. Show it at the inspection. We look at it and hand it back; we never copy, photograph, or keep it.
